What is the warranty on the product?

All Rhein Essentials products are warrantied for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase against manufacturing and workmanship defect when used for their intended purpose and cared for following our care and handling guidelines.  If a product fails as a result of manufacturing defect or craftmanship within the 1-year period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors over extended time and use.
